Allen Home Inspections was founded by Josh Allen (my father) in October 2011. Known for his strong work ethic and bold personality, Josh built the company on a foundation of integrity, skill, and genuine care for people. Through his dedication and natural ability to connect with others, he grew Allen Home Inspections into a trusted and reputable company in the Dayton, Ohio area. In August 2020, Josh passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind not only a successful business, but a lasting legacy of hard work, honesty, and service. That legacy lives on through his wife, Danica, and their three children—Taylor, Jayden, and Eden.   Today, Allen Home Inspections is proudly run by Danica Allen in Dayton Ohio and her son, Jayden in Lynchburg Virginia.   Recently, Jayden relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia to expand Allen Home Inspections into Central Virginia—bringing the same values, attention to detail, and commitment to clients that built the company in Ohio. While the location has grown, the mission remains the same: to serve others with honesty, excellence, and care during one of the most important decisions of their lives.
